I'm sure after DMA we will see a lot of responss to the actual value of the certification. I'd love to see someone that actually attended, for purposes of the certification, post their thoughts here. In this respect, I remain a bit guarded as to whether or a SEM certification will actually carry any weight. I look at things like "certified master mechanic" or "certified master jeweler" and wonder if more time actually ends up being spent trying to promote and explain "why" this "certification" is or should be important.
